# Users & Permissions

Admins have access to Users and Permissions inside the LiSA tool. Here you can create user accounts, custom groups & priviliges, manage scoping.

Password resets, display name changes and more can be modified here as well.

**Custom Groups:**

Enterprise customers that have specific needs aside from our "Default"/"Predefined" groups, it is now possible to create Custom groups where customers can decide down to each individual permission what should be included and not included.

**Scoping**

We are also introducing "Scoping". Scoping will define "what capabilities" each user has, Scope defines "which data" each user gets access to. We introduce two main Scopes, with more coming in the future:

"All": this means the user can see/edit/delete etc... All items "Own": this means the user can only see/edit/delete etc... items they have created / been assigned to
